    Options developed with your leadership team, including negotiation and stakeholder strategy and their implications.

    Execution support

    Ongoing support through implementation: co-facilitation, shadow negotiation, and governance or process redesign.

Every engagement is scoped and agreed in advance. No long-term commitment unless it genuinely serves the work.
