Ruthenberg Advisory is the independent executive practice of Silvan Ruthenberg, supporting boards and leadership teams when governance, delivery and stakeholder confidence are under pressure.

Senior attention, without layers

Silvan brings more than 17 years of international experience across finance, technology, transformation and social impact, including service as Global CEO and Board Director. Clients work directly with the principal responsible for diagnosis, advice and facilitation.

Vendor-agnostic and evidence-led

The practice has no technology product, implementation quota or internal agenda to defend. Recommendations are grounded in observable behaviour, data, constraints and the political and organisational realities leaders must navigate.

Formal preparation includes PMI-CPMAI certification in AI project delivery. IAPP AIGP preparation is in progress, with completion expected in October 2026; no completed AIGP status is claimed.
