Silvan Ruthenberg helps organisations roll out AI so that more people use it well and fewer are shut out by it, from everyday AI literacy to oversight of AI in hiring and performance decisions. He holds the IAPP's AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and PMI's Cognitive Project Management in AI (PMI-CPMAI) certifications and brings 15 years of project delivery experience.
Background
Recent work includes training around 150 United Internet leaders in neuroinclusive leadership. Before that, he reached 113% average quota attainment as Senior Account Director at LinkedIn and worked with ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients at ISP Securities in Zürich. As Global Lead of the Institute of Neurodiversity, he co-led its growth from 11 to 40 countries. Late-diagnosed with ADHD and autism, he uses AI daily as part of how he works.
