Keynotes on AI at work
Your audience has heard the AI hype and the AI fear. These talks give them something more useful: what AI changes in their own work, who gets left out, and what good oversight looks like. Each runs 45 to 60 minutes, in English, German, French or Spanish, from CHF 2,499.
Silvan Ruthenberg is AIGP-certified (IAPP) and PMI-CPMAI certified, and the former Global Lead of the Institute of Neurodiversity.
AI that works for every kind of mind
AI tools can be one of the most useful supports people have at work: for summarising, structuring and getting started. Rolled out carelessly, the same tools widen the gap between confident users and everyone else. This talk shows how to design AI adoption so more people use it well, and how to tell support that employees choose from surveillance they did not.
Your audience leaves with three questions to ask before the next rollout, and examples of support that works for different minds.
Best for: HR and L&D conferences, all-hands meetings on AI, leadership teams starting an AI programme.
When AI hires: AI in people decisions
AI now screens applications, schedules and scores interviews and flags performance. The EU AI Act classes these uses as high-risk, with obligations from 2 December 2027. This talk explains what that means for the people deciding, where these tools can filter out candidates who think or communicate differently, and what human oversight has to look like in practice.
Your audience leaves with the questions to put to vendors and to their own teams before AI touches a hiring or performance decision.
Best for: HR leadership events, risk and compliance conferences, sessions with management and employee representatives.
