Ruthenberg Advisory · AI at work

AI at work that works for every kind of mind

I help organisations bring AI into work so it works for every kind of mind: more people using it well, fewer people shut out by it, and clear oversight where AI affects people decisions.

Uneven AI use is a common worry for HR and L&D leads: some people use the tools well, some avoid them, and some use them without checking what comes back. Meanwhile, AI is moving into hiring and performance decisions, often inside software bought for something else. I work on both.

Who I work with

  • HR, L&D and AI adoption leads rolling out AI tools, who want everyone to use them well. Start with the AI literacy workshop.
  • Risk, compliance, HR and AI governance owners whose organisation uses AI in hiring, performance or monitoring. Start with the Workplace AI review.

Three ways to work together

Keynote · 45 to 60 minutes · from CHF 2,499

Two talks: AI that works for every kind of mind, and When AI hires: AI in people decisions. On stage or online.

AI literacy workshop · half day · from CHF 4,299

For teams and managers: use AI well in daily work, check its output, protect data, and know where the limits are.

Workplace AI review · 3 to 5 days · from CHF 7,999

AI used in hiring, performance and monitoring: who is accountable, whether human oversight works, and what to fix first.

Why now

  • Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff.
  • AI used to recruit people, or to decide on promotion, termination, task allocation or performance monitoring, is classed as high-risk (Annex III, point 4). Those obligations apply from 2 December 2027.
  • Swiss organisations can be covered when the output of an AI system is used in the EU. In finance, FINMA Guidance 08/2024 sets out expectations for governance and risk management when AI is used.
