Workshops
AI literacy workshop for teams and managers
Some of your people use AI every day, some avoid it, and some use it without checking what comes back. Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to take measures to support their staff's AI literacy. This half-day workshop is one such measure, built for the people who do the work. From CHF 4,299.
Silvan Ruthenberg is AIGP-certified (IAPP) and PMI-CPMAI certified, and uses AI daily in his own work.
What the workshop covers
- 1.What the AI tools you use can and cannot do, in plain language.
- 2.Using AI well in daily work: briefing it, checking its output, and knowing when not to use it.
- 3.Data, confidentiality and bias: what never goes into a tool, and why.
- 4.Your organisation's rules: what is allowed, who to ask, and how to report a problem.
- 5.Different ways of working: how AI can support people who think, read or organise differently, and where it gets in their way.

Frequently asked questions
- Does one workshop cover Article 4 for us?
- No single workshop does that on its own. Article 4 asks you to take measures that support AI literacy. This workshop is one practical measure you can document.
- Do participants need technical knowledge?
- No. The session starts from everyday tasks and the tools people already have.
- Can managers attend a separate session?
- Yes. Managers can take a version that adds how to set team rules and answer their team's questions.
